The mentor must possess a certain area of expertise. Mentoring” is a process that always involves communication and is relationship-based. The person in receipt of mentorship may be referred to generally as a protégé
Investor Properties has at any time a small number of protégé’s and has become respected in it’s field.
We are happy to assist protégés and we believe that we can assist most people who are keen to learn about Commercial property in it’s varied formats.
If you seek a Mentor, you should make contact with us so that this service can be fully discussed. Mentorship can be undertaken within a group or individually. Packages are being developed that be purchased and these can be either be paid for by payments or having us taking an equity position in the property being purchased. We like wherever possible to have our mentored clients meet with us at least in the early stages of their mentorship programme.
